No insert slideshow button

I downloaded the latest version of WordPress, and there is no ‘insert slideshow’ button in the media library. I did insert a slideshow (included with WordPress) a few months ago, but now it seems impossible. No problem with the insert gallery button. I tried adding the code [slideshow] on the page, reinstalling WordPress etc… the insert slideshow option is not available. I know I could add a plugin for a slideshow, but I need to translate a website from english to french and I need the same exact slideshow: Has the slideshow option been removed from the last WordPress version?
