No input fields for credit card

    Hi!

    We want to go live with the website, but for some reason we cannot pay by credit card using Stripe. These are the symptoms:

    – If “embedded input fields” is activated, we only see a thin white line, but nothing to type in
    – If “embedded input fields is deactivated, we see thin white lines for all 3 credit card fields, but we are also unable to type anything
    – Same behaviour happens in testmode.

    What we researched and tried:

    – The site has SSL enabled
    – We triple-checked all API Credentials/Keys
    – We turned off all other WP Plugins
    – We turned off all other payment options
    – We turned off AdBlock
    – We switched to the Storefront theme

    Nothing helped or changed anything.

    Any help?

    Hi @onefivefour –

    I’ve seen this problem happen often in the past and it’s usually due to a plugin or theme conflict. I see that you’ve switched off all other WP Plugins. I assume you disabled all of those at the same time?

    If not, I would recommend disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe and also switching to the Storefront theme to see if that resolves the issue.
