    Hi,
Sorry to hear about your issue. We haven’t encountered this one before, so I’ve asked our developers to look into it more closely. I’ll get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.
    Best,
    William

    Hi again,
We have not been able to replicate the issue on our own multi-site, which leads us to believe it must be a conflict with another plugin (or, less likely, with the theme).
Can you please let me know which other plugins are installed and which of them are activated?

If you’d prefer not to post that information here, please email me at [email protected] and let me know so we can further assist you.

    Thanks again.

    Hi again,
If you haven’t tried this yet, please try uninstalling the plugin completely, then reinstall it. There’s a very good chance that will resolve the issue.
Please let us know the result.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your replies.
Note that I have just received one email for the last one, lol !
I have tried the uninstall/reinstall proposal solution but without success.
I will try to stop one by one other plugins and let you know.

Thanks for the thorough response. That really helps. Our developers are on this thread and will take a look. Our test multi-user set up has it working, so, since uninstalling didn’t work, the answer is probably a conflict with some other plugins. We’ll investigate and let you know what we find. Could you share the URL of your site with us?

    Hi,
We’ve tried to replicate the situation by installing and activating all of those plugins and have not seen the issue on our site. We could take a look directly in your site if you’d like to set up a temporary admin login for us using the email address above.
If that’s something you’re up for, we can try to resolve it directly. Just let me know and we’ll take it from there.

You have normaly received a mail ??

Thank you. It’s been received and the developers have access.

Just a quick update: It’s definitely a plugin conflict, but it’s a highly unusual one, as it seems like just having something else installed on the network creates it, regardless of whether that other plugin is activated. We’ll try to figure out which one it could be, but it seems like some other developer isn’t quite playing by the rules with their code.
We’ll let you know what we can find out and report back.

    Hi Philippe,
We investigated and the developers cannot find the cause, but have asked if you would be willing to grant us FTP access so we can further investigate. I think the only way we’ll get to the bottom of this is if we can back everything up, and reupload the plugins one by one to see when the issue begins. If this is something you would consider, you can send the credentials to the email you used before. Please let me know.
    Thanks,
    William
