    Hi I’m using this plugin to add an option for a gift box. However, we’ve received orders where the customer has selected yes for a gift box but there’s no indication on the order page that they have selected this.

    Hi there,

    The checkbox should have a label, otherwise the checkbox won’t appear in the cart page.

    I’ve added a label so the product add on now shows in the cart but it doesn’t appear to be showing in the back end so there’s no way for us as admin to know what options the customer has selected.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I checked your site and the addons appear on cart page and checkout page.

    If you cannot see in the order, maybe the problem is that the addons are not saved as order item meta.

    Maybe other plugin or custom code doesn’t allow to add it.

    I suggest you to make the following test:

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem,

    How did you resolve this ?

    As you can see, it’s well saved on the database, because i have the information on the order, but nothing appear on the email

    I already tried to disable all the plugin and put the defaut theme, but it does not change anything
