No info on the statistics page

I see the headers but no data whatsoever.

It’s in Swedish. I don’t see any data in the Statistics – Overview.

It seems that a conflict with one of the plugins is causing the display issue and problems with JS.

Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check which one is causing this conflict.
If the issue persists after this, please open your browser’s console and check for any errors in the console tab, and send that errors to us.

Also, if possible, please send us a screenshot of the page. Please ensure that there is no sensitive data in it.

I did inactivate all other plugins, still the same.

The error is in my usual browser FireFox 130.0 (64-bit). I tried with Microsoft Edge and it works in that browser.

Since this issue has only occurred in Firefox for you, it is likely that you have an extension or settings in Firefox that are preventing the loading of the JS and CSS files of our plugin.

Please check your Firefox settings and disable/remove any extensions, then check this issue again.

It was the Ghostery ad-blocker.

Another thing. Even with the Ghostery off, the “Global Visitor Distribution” map in the overview don’t work as it should. For example, when selecting “Yesterday”, the map is blank even though I can see that the site actually had 23 visitors in the “Traffic summary” list. “This day”, “This week” and “This month” shows the same low numbers. “Last week is blank”. “Last month” have big numbers and looks right.

Please check the Statistics – Geographic section to see if the countries of the visitors have been recorded for the past days.

It is possible that your GeoIP was not enabled/updated previously, and the country and city of your visitors were not recorded, which could result in their absence in the Global Visitor Distribution.
