no info, no notes no images

Which template is active? Found on the Connections : Templates admin page.
I suggestion activating the Bio Entry Card template. It displays all fields except the notes field (none of the free core templates display the notes field). Just about all the free core template display the image (not the logo) so if you’re not seeing them, there’s another issue which will be impossible to resolve without a link to your directory page. So if you can share a link to your directory, I’ll take a look to see what the issue might be.
