    Hi guys,

Sorry I’ve tried all the options in your other replies related to this.

I’ve added a custom field “Team Name” to our product. It shows in the cart page, but not in the backend order details. I don’t seem to have the AJAX add to cart setting to turn that off. I’m using Poseidon theme.

    Active Plugins:
Accordion Toggle, Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce, Advanced Product Fields for Woocommerce, All in One SEO, Appointment Booking Calendar, Disable WordPress Events and News Dashboard Widget, Email Users, GA Google Analytics, Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights, iThemes Security, Max Mega Menu, My WordPress Login Logo, Nav Menu Roles, Simple Banner, Smash Balloon Custom Facebook Feed, Smash Balloon Instagram Feed, Ultimate Member, Ultimate MemberRecaptcha, Ultimate Member T/C’s, UpdraftPlus, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Blocks, WooCommerce Square, WP Reset, WP Rollback, WP Smart Export, WPForms Lite

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tonywillo

I see you have a “quick buy” button(Google pay) that skips checkout. That does not work with our plugin.

Thanks for your prompt reply Marteen. Can I just confirm a couple of things:

    • If I turn quick buy off, will the orders received so far have the data attached to the order, or they weren’t captured at all?
    • If I keep the digital payments on, does the plugin only fail with quick buy, or all orders?

    1. they weren’t captured, sorry. We tried to integrate with these buttons but the plugins that put the buttons there are not letting us do it properly.
    2. only with quick buy. Everything should work when normal checkout is used (but please test that as I am assuming the quick buy is the issue but it could still be something else too).

    Hey Marteen,

Looks like that fixed it – we’ve had some new orders come through and data is available. Thank you very much – huge help.

    Thanks,
    Tony

No problem, glad it is fixed! And thanks for the review, you are one of the few to actually leave one without us having to ask ??. Much appreciated!
