no info @ ‘Detailed Statistics on Search Engine Referrals’ page.

For a few weeks now, nothing but a white window has been showing on the ‘Detailed Statistics on Search Engine Referrals’ page. Any hints?

Hi @gj2020
Thank you for opening the thread.
Please check in Statistics – Settings – General under the Search Engine Tracking section to ensure that search engine tracking is enabled. If it is not enabled, activate the ones you want so that the statistics are recorded and displayed to you in the relevant section.
If some items are enabled and you have visitor from search engines, please open the Web Developer Tools by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + I shortcut and send us the errors displayed in the Console tab on Search Engines page.
Regards,
Thank you for your help. Search engine tracking was alway enabled.

Best RegardsIt seems that you are using a caching plugin, and after updating the plugin, the new files have not been refreshed.
Please clear the cache of your site completely in the caching plugin and check again.
Also, please let us know which caching plugin you are using, and if possible, exclude our plugin from being cached.
Additionally, please provide the exact address of your site.
Regards,Yes, I cleared the cache and excluded some URLs from being cached.
Maybe it’s a kind of line-drawing problem. When I choose single days, there are dots showing counts of search engine referrals on that day. However, when I choose a period, the picture is completely empty (not even a coordinate system is drawn).
Best Regards
Could it be a JS problem? While not drawing anything, it throws the following error:
