    Ah, I have been testing on PageSpeed . It originally was 60 for mobile and a bit more for PC, after installation it was pretty much the same (no real difference).
    Sorry if I think of things piecemeal ??

    This plugin should do what is says. The reason you’re not getting any improvements is you’re using a lot of external js files. For example: https://sccden.spot.im/scripts/embed-11b76212.js.

    Could you try to install one of my another plugin WP Super Minify parallelly and comments?

    tried that. but it has not made much of an impact…
    I have done away with WP total Cache as well, just in case.

    I have removed spot.im (which I am trying out) and livefyre but that didn’t seem to make much difference either…

    It would be good to get something better on mobile as most of my traffic comes from there…

    As said above, all you need to do first is to combine external javascripts. Your site loads too many external javascripts which slowing down page load times.

    sorry if I am being dense, but I am not sure I follow you ??

    I have installed Super Minify but have not seen a great deal of change.

    Re.: external javascript, what are you suggesting I did?
