No impressions, ever….

    Hello,

    The stats page that is on my dashboard says that there are never any impressions on my website. I know this can’t be true because of the stats I’m getting from WP and google analytics. Is there something else I was supposed to do after installing the app? I connected to my wordpress account and everything.

    Hi Mariana,

    I’d recommend deactivating other plugins on your WordPress site and then try testing your form impression process again by viewing and signing up on your forms.

    Are you currently running our latest updated plugin version?

    If not please try updating your plugin as this issue would have been fixed in our latest version of our plugin.

    Sorry to say without proper response to help me figure out the issue I deactivated and deleted the plugin from my site.
