Thank you for sharing your feedback Nic ??

We would like to respectfully inform you that it was never stated in the plugin description that it offers such an option that allows users to import/export swatches in bulk. But we truly appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Undoubtedly, the option could be a great enhancement to our plugin, and we’ll try our best to incorporate this option in the future.

    Kind regards,
    Tarek

Yes, its not stated Tarek, however when working with WooCommerce there are typically large data sets involved so import and export is critical. I don’t see why attributes and swatches would be any different ? Unless the design of the plugin restricts it. I have since purchased an alternative solution which does support this capability. People need to be aware as it’s not stated if it does or does not. I believe you can export/import plugin settings though, so why is that available and no facility for the data. Just makes no sense, sorry.

    Hi Nic,

Thanks for your valuable response ??

I understand your concern, and I am really sorry to hear that you had to switch to an alternative solution, as our plugin doesn’t offer the option to export/import swatches.

We believe that adding this option to the plugin will add great value to its users. I can assure you that we’ll definitely take your feedback into consideration, and integrate this option into our plugin in the future.

    Sincere regards,
    Tarek

I have the same problem, the import is buggy and some attributes don’t open when you add “image” attributes as you go along. If you do it all at once, it works.
