No imageUrl in my wp-admin

Since one month I have the next problem:
In my statics apears /wp-admin/%27+imageUrl+%27
like a 404 error(not found in the https://www.vidalowcost.com/wp-admin/options-general.php page.?How can I repair this problem? I think is beause I dont use Featured Image.
