No images will show when "Plugin Activate" is set to False.

Preview does not work. It only shows the simple text theme. It will not show any of the themes with images.

If you set a theme, log out and go back to the site you can see the theme, but the preview thing always shows the plain text theme if Plugin Activate is set to False.

Setting Plugin Activate to True allows the image to be shown, but it is in a small, pop-up window that does not allow you to see the entire page.
