    Hi @keres1982,

    Our guess is that you have used Plus or Pro before and that created the dynamic thumbnails that aren’t loading now.

    To clear the images cache, please access “NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Miscellaneous -> Clear the image cache”

    Note that the site presents a lot of JS issues that will prevent NextGen Gallery from correctly working so you will need to resolve them too. We are recommending you to check and ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins.

    I did it but the situation is the same.
    All themes and plugins are up to date. I use only one theme and 3 plugins.

    It looks like the whole upload process was not completed.
    The link is showing the temp path used to crop the photos.

    Please, validate with your hosting provider that these requirements are meant
