No images (only URL) displayed when sending full post

Are those images also not rendering if you check a preview of the email in your browser? Or does the issue happen only when it’s already sent? All the providers you mentioned are not rendering the images?

Could you share a preview link of the email with us (view first in browser and then copy and paste the link here)? So we can take a look.

You will notice that the Featured Image is rendered while the other two images are rendered as URLs only:

As it seems the problem comes from the images added to the body of your post when using the Full Post option, could you please let us know if you’re using any framework/page builder?

How did you build the page/post and add the images in there? Maybe the newsletter editor is not identifying them as images, only as text (hence the URLs only).

Thank you kindly for your reply. I am using Avada (ThemeFusion) 5.4.1 on WordPress 5.7.2. I built this post and site using Avada Builder 3.4.1.

In addition, when I view and verify the post elements (text and image) using the generic WordPress editor, everything looks fine on the backend.

I hear what you are saying that the newsletter editor is likely not picking up the images. Though the featured image of the post does seem to be picked up.

There is no integration between MailPoet and Avada so what I can suggest is the following:

– check if images are displayed properly if you create a similar post with images from scratch with the default WordPress Editor. This will help narrow the issue down.
– check if there is any other way to embed images to your post with Avada Builder.
