No images only spinning circles

@ciorici Thanks for your response. I updated to 1.7.1 and selected the option that hides videos. It’s still showing row of all spinning circles. No images showing from pinterest.

Same issue – even with latest update, I’m still getting spinning circles and the images never load.

@mfkp Can you please provide more details? Like a website address, the name of the theme you use?

I just wanted to add that my issue was resolved and @ciorici and the wpzoom team were really helpful. I had a couple days of a different plugin and this is SO much better.

we have the same problem on our website could you please provide some further information, how you fixed this problem.

When we inspect our site with the browser developer console, we get a server with status code 500: result “Invalid nonce” on the action “wpzoom_instagram_get_image_async”.

Same issue here, looking at the code everything seems to load except the images. Turned video’s off in the widget but the outcome is the same. Tried to change other settings, but no luck.

@rayvanb What’s the address of your website?

I’m having similar issues. Before I had several throbbers showing, but currently there are none. All the data is there (links to posts, image alt shows posttext), but no images are showing. It seems that the issue is that the images are not downloaded to the website’s server.

@rayvanb Hi, I see that you’re using Optimole plugin to optimize images, and I think this is causing the problem.

I’ve checked on another website and our plugin works fine with Optimole.

Could you try to add instagram.com to the Whitelist Domain in Optimole plugin settings? https://d.pr/i/q8gg6Z

If the problem is still not fixed, could you try to deactivate the Optimole plugin and see if that helps?
