No images, only coding being displayed

  • Hello,

    I used to have the older version of OneTone, from two updates ago and it was absolutely fantastic and I loved it.

    I really want that version back because there are features from it I chose specifically for my client.

    I must have updated the Theme accidentally and now I have the most recent version and everything is gone! I mean everything.

    Anything after the homepage slider is all code! No images, not nothing! Just one straight line of pure HMTL – what happened? I can’t seem to get anything back to the way it was! I have to show my client some of the website today and I am freaking out because no matter what I try to do I can’t get anything back!
    Help!

    Update:

    I was able to reinstall the older version of OneTone 1.3.9

    – but I still am having the issue where no images are displaying – just code.

    I am completely at a loss.

    I had a similar problem today on a brand new instance + the top bar wasn’t visible.
    The Magee Shortcodes plugin wasn’t activated, so I activated and it seemed to fix the problem.

    Not sure if it was really the plugin activation or just some weird coincidence (solution seems counterintuitive), hopefully the devs will be able to better speak to that if you past your url.
    But anyway you may want to to check the plugin status.
