• I exported my website information from wordpress.com and exported into www.remarpro.com a few days ago and the migrated version appeared correct. Today, though, none of the images appear. My website is barkingbuoys.com. Please advise. Thank you, Sabra

    Yes, the guide you mentioned is the one I followed. I have already looked through the help forums, which if dint to be a very poor way of providing customer service. Providing a help # for frustrated customers needing individualized assistance would be much better. That aside, I followed the directions in the link above, now get only a “Hello there” generic white screen without the images from my wordpress.com site or can access my old website that gives me options to toggle back and forth between my old site and my upgraded site that does include the images. However, I want only my new site on bluehost. I don’t know why I’m finding three different versions of my website.
