    HI there, just trying out the plugin but when publishing I am getting no images populating the products and everything showing as ‘out of stock’?
    Any help would be appreciated! I’m using the latest version of the Kalium theme and all plugins up to date.

    Hi!

    I’m sorry you’re experiencing problems.

    The “out of stock” problem indicates that the products were not properly added to the database. Feel free to remove them at the plugin’s “Products” page.

    Under plugin’s General settings, is the “Fast products publishing” turned on? If not, please do so. If it is, please check your server logs and copy paste the errors that get reported when you’re adding a new product range.

    Thanks for your help! Re-tried and no longer getting ‘out of stock’ but images are still not showing on the shop page, although on the products page the thumbnails are showing when listing all products. When i edit the product no images are there. Here is the log:

    Missing product images usually mean a theme that implements WooCommerce interface without its usual filters that our plugin is relying on.

    Please, try activating the default “Twenty Sewenteen” theme for a moment. There is no need to upload more products. Just change the theme, reload the products page, and see if the images appeared. Then switch back to Kalium.

    If the products images did appear, look at “Why are my product images not showing in Oxygen theme?” in our FAQ. It should be very similar for Kalium.

    Please, let me know how it went and if you need any more help.
