No images after update…

    There is no media on my site after the update.

    The site is https://www.simonlevenson.com

    I turned off all the plugins and set the theme to 2014. There was still no images on my site.

    I have no idea how to fix this.

    Any help? Thank you.

    what plugins are you using?

    you appear to be using prettyphoto-media plugin; that plugin hasn’t been updated since may 2012 so that may be causing some of the problem.

    go into your hosting (cpanel or ftp if you’ve got access), and rename that plugin’s folder and see if that makes a difference.

    i’d suggest getting in touch with the theme’s developers as it’s a commercial theme. i have a feeling that even though it may not be active while troubleshooting it’s presence in your installation is causing the problem…
