No image output when generating pdf from page

    Could you please provide a link to the page where the problem occurs?
    Does the access to the site or this page require a password? If yes – this fact may cause the problem why the images are not displayed.

    Hi,

    I have the same probelm and I had a plugin activated that puts the site in under construction mode.

    I turnedtheplugin and tried it again but still no luck, no it only displays the text now.

    am sorry i cannot provide any link due to client confidentiality issues, but the page referring to uses the browser’s PHPSESSID cookies to display the info.

    while generating the pdf, the cookies are still present however.

    Hi steeluck,

    We are aware of the problem with the failure to display images when the access to the website is closed.

    Given that an external library is used for generating a PDF version, we did not yet manage to find the reason why do the images fail to load. However, we are working on this problem.
