No image displayed on AMP page

    I tried out many of the schema markup plugins and they are all either manual or broken. So happy to have found one that works automatically out of the box for simple BlogPosting.

    however, one of the plugins I was using allows the addition of the featured image in the AMP page, this is not currently happening in this plugin. Does this require the SchemaApp?

    The plugin helps you to produce strucuted data schema.org markup that passes the AMP validation use case in Google Structured Data Testing Tool. It pulls in a Page or Post’s Featured Image in the property image. If you do not set a Featured Image then this plugin will not show that property and SDTT it will show an error for Article and AMP use cases.

    Similarly, if you do not set the Publisher Image in the Settings –> Schema App SDTT will show an error for the AMP test. This is required for the AMP use case but not required for Article. Does that answer your question?
