No image display

Hi this plugin looks promising however there’s no background image displayed once activated. Just a white canvas.
Deactivation and reactivation loses all mailchimp and social url, keys, etc.
Once set there is no option to disable ip bypass.

Keep up the good work. Looks great and I’d love to keep using it.
Wordpress is in a folder and not on the root.
