No idea why people left 5 stars!!! SCAM ALERT

  • I purchased 1GB last month and installed the plugin on a client’s website. The process of optimizing got stuck at the beginning. I reached out to the customer support and they asked for login info. I provided them the login info but never heard back from them ever again I tried to contact them several times and even opened up the new case but no one seems to be responding.

    If you can re-send to support(at)octify.io and one of our team will be happy to check the issue you’re having.

    As a quick troubleshooting step install a plugin called “Health Check”. Then visit your wp-admin > Dashboard > Health Check and check the loopback connection works. If this is timing out, you’ll need to increase the timeout limit on your server for Octify to work.
