No idea of coding etc/ please help – probably really simple

    I keep getting this:- f.parent().offset() is undefined – when I insert to editor. I have no idea about coding and have tried to find out how to fix it through various searches online. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

    Do you get the issue with all documents? For instance, what happens if you try uploading a blank Word document?

    Do you have any other plugins installed? If you disable other plugins and use the default theme, do you get the same issue?

    Hi Micheal, thank you so much for replying. A happy accident happened (wasn’t happy at the time), which resulted in my WordPress version being updated/reinstalled. I was able to upload my file without a problem after that. I guest it must have been something to do with the older version (and perhaps that a few files were apparently missing.) Thank you so much again. It is greatly appreciated.
