  • Hi John,

Glad you like the plugin. Positive reviews and ratings always appreciated ??

I’ve had a look at your website, specifically the https://www.rlecwd.com/news/cdph-compliance-order-010909/ page as that was the first I found which definitely has a file on it.

I can see that the classes have been added correctly to the link. I also notice that the css file is not being loaded properly, which means that the MTLI css rules are not available and therefore not applied.

If you like, try it yourself. This should show a css file and instead it shows a 404 page.

Whether that is caused by the theme, by some rule in the .htaccess file, by a security plugin or caching plugin is not for me to say, but something is blocking the php file which generates the css from loading which in turn means: no icons.

Sorry I can’t be more specific, but I hope this gives you enough information to figure out what’s going on.

    Smile,
    Juliette

    Hi Juliette.

Thanks for your help. I didn’t resolve it, but I didn’t have the time to chase down the root cause. So, your information may resolve the issue for someone else, or myself if I decide to pursue it again later.

    Thanks again-
    John
