no icons of orders page

Hi kim,
please check these:
check settings page, did you turn on/off check boxes in optional settings(top
right on settings page)
check screen option(top right on orders page)
You can’t consolidate selecting multiple items because, for consolidating
multiple items you need bulk and bulk is in pro version.

Hi!

I have checked all the optional settings and still no icon. I tried both checked boxes, and unchecked boxes.

I am happy to purchase the Pro version if this means i can have orders merging.

If i purchase the pro version and this still isn’t fixed, can i get it refunded? I am willing to purchase it now if so.

I have just checked the FREE version and the icons are working. Please reach me through this page so i can assign you admin rights and you can test it with me.

Maybe you are missing some settings so icons are not appearing in each row.

1) First option is “Enable order duplication or cloning”, try making it checked.

2) Split icon should be appeared if orders aren’t splitted before.

Note: You don’t need to buy the PRO version unless you need the bulk options.

I have checked your website and turned ON the settings, you were missing the screen options. Normally it happens with default settings.

I have the same issue. I tried playing around with all the setting and it still does not show the icons on the orders page.
Where do I find the screen options?

On orders page, right top, you will see screen options.
