No hyper link in sending email

When I am sending email to my members in Email Post To Subscriber under Send Newsletter Mail. Those hyper link is not hyper link it’s just in plain text when it send it to their email address. I send the mail manually. Why is that? Can you please help me out. Or is there a different way to send mail with the hyper link works?
