no hover or link on mobile devices

This is related so I hope it’s o.k. to do this here…We have the Pro Version and want to use the square display but only can get the circles to link via the mobile. Also, is there a way to display a button with for example “Learn More” on the circles? Have only been able to do that on the squares but can’t get the squares to link to the page on the mobile.
