• I’m reviewing all WP ad plugins, this is the fourth.

I checked the setting “Count clicks for this advertisement”. I refreshed the page several times on Chrome and using incognito mode. I also clicked the ad several times.

Then I went to the ad editor, and the hits and clicks for the ad are 0. Statistics are empty too.

Why isn’t it working? What am I missing?

P.S: I use W3 Total Cache, and I also checked the option “Caching Compatible (Javascript)”.

Plugin counts all clicks and hits for all ads that linked to Place object. The statistics page presents data only for Ads in the Places marked “For Sale”.

Places? Why do I need that?

I though I just needed to create and ad and display it using the “SAM Pro Single Ad” widget. The ad is displayed correctly but no tracking whatsoever.

What am I doing wrong? Where can I check the documentation to display a single ad with views/clicks tracking?

Using a single ad contradicts the concept of a plugin. This object has been created for internal use and therefore is not monitored in the statistics. If you use only a single ad, Google statistics show you the exact details.

Sorry, I didn’t give you enough info. I’m not using Google Adsense.

    1. I upload an image to my WordPress. That image is an ad created by my client.
    2. Then I want to show that image/ad, on my sidebar using a widget, and count the number of displays and clicks.
    3. By the end of the month I want to tell my client how many visitors viewed and clicked the image/ad.

How can I do this using your plugin?

Create Places for each physical places and link necessary ad to each of Place. You will receive statistics.
