No hierarchy in menu editor

    This plugin is a great idea and seemed to be working well, until I discovered that that pages I added with it were showing up in the menu editor with no hierarchy. I tried this with two different themes in a new install with other plugins disabled. The symptom was similar to hitting the WordPress menu limit, but doing the usual server fix for max_input_vars didn’t help. Once I stopped using this plugin and went back to the far more inconvenient Add Page, the hierarchy was fine. I had to delete the pages added with this plugin and re-create them though.

    Hi redkite,
    Not sure exactly what the issue is; are you exceeding a limit? how many pages have you added?

    When I add pages I can see them in their hierarchy inside the menu editors – although adding them to a menu will always add them first to root…
