No hierarchy in advance search categories of theme

    I am currently facing a issue in my WordPress site. In the header, Advanced search has been rendered by default. However, in the categories that are shown before search bar , are not hierarchical and it looks odd. What I wanna ask that is there anyway to add hierarchy to this list.
