no hide login feature anymore?

    I just installed iThemes Security on my new website. I am using it on another one as well. In the settings I can’t find the hide login feature anymore… Looking at the settings on my old site, the settings area looks very different.

    Has there been an update and in the latest version the hide login is not available anymore?

    Start by reading the Introducing the New iThemes Security Dashboard article.

    Pay special attention to the ‘Advanced settings’ and ‘New Dashboard FAQs’ sections.

    Hello all,

    Similar question here, I use the iThemes Security plugin as well, and I saw a big flaw in the security.

    All the : /wp-login.php, /wp-admin, /admin & /connexion are protected but …
    I can see the log page if I type https://www.XXXX/login (not login.php, just login).

    Am I the only one in this case ? Cause it seems like the whole plugin is useless in that case ?

    I can’t tell if this is the case with me, because I am actually using the /login for the login to my member area ??

    But if this is indeed a security issue, then my suggestion would be that you use that /login slug as well for a page and you have everyone who accesses this page to your homepage.

    I am not a techie, so this advice may not be thought through enough ??
