• I have purchased the pro version. I spent hrs setting up all the features to find out that the online booking part doesn’t actually work for my clients. They cant book appointments and my google calendar sync doesn’t work after setting it up.
    Now that would be fine if I got any support from this team at BUP but after 2 weeks I have received no help not even a message to say they are working on it or what I can do to fix it. There is no other way of contacting them just the E-mail on form you can fill out on there website. So for all I know the 2 emails I sent them are sent into a void and my money spend it down the drain and I’m without any way for my clients to book in. Switching to BUP was a bad mistake. I’ve never had such unresponsive service.

    That’s very strange, many users are using the plugin and the booking process works the way it should. I’m 100% sure there has to be some kind of either plugin or theme conflict that is causing the issue.
