    I made a support request on 13.08. Unfortunately my plugin does not work anymore. The first attempts of the support did not work. Now I haven’t received any feedback for a long time and since then I can’t work with Foogallery anymore, although I’ve been using and paying for this tool for years.

    How can I get support to get my plugin working again?

    Is this Markus? Is this related to the Owl Carousel extension? If so, we are working on way to get around the problem you are having, but as I mentioned in your other thread, the issue is not our plugin, but rather originating from another 3rd party plugin which we did not develop and we do not maintain, which is the Owl Carousel extension

    We have made an update to FooGallery to get around the issue with Owl Carousel Extension.

    I have also made changes to the Owl Carousel extension, so that it supports the latest FooGallery version.

    I am going to close this thread, and we will continue on the other support channel
