    Thank you for your Query.

    The header is static only in free version. You can upload a single photo or video in the header section or you can disable it.

    Please follow following path in customizer:
    Customizing ? Front Page Settings ? Banner Section

    We have tested on our end the image is showing well. Please check once or you can email us with a screenshot at [email protected]
