No header image

  • I have exported a site (using an XML file) that is hosted at wordpress.com, and imported it to a different provider. It uses the Origin theme. Apart from some missing images (which I can sort OK) it appears to have migrated well. However on the new site I don’t get the option (in the ‘appearance’ section of the toolbar) to install a header image.

    Is this missing feature only available if the site is hosted at WordPress? Or is there something lacking in my service provider’s implementation of WordPress? The new provider is hostinguk.net . The original site is at trurocycling.org
