I have tried every which way to make the email header image appear on sent and received system emails.

The received image place holder simply suggests I check the link to be sure the image exists – yes it does!

The link broken image link is the website home link without the path to the image. So I can’t even put an image where the link is looking.

Is this a licensing issue? I originally purchased the full version for another website. I switched the licence off in the original site and re-enabled it on this site. Everything works except the header image.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

    Chris

    Hello Chris,

I think I don’t understand your issue clearly. Which plugin are you referring to? WP HTML Mail does not require a license.

Either way, the problem could be related to several issues. Make sure the path to your image is publically available, you can check the read, write privileges of the upload folder. You can also paste the image URL here, so I can check if it is publically readable.

    Best regards
