    I have confirmed that this is occurring on your site. It seems the AJAX call isn’t being made. I’ll look into this.

    I have been unable to find an issue with the AJAX call on the plugin side. Can you try activating the default theme and deactivating all plugins besides BuddyPress and BuddyDrive and see if the issue still occurs?
