No graphic in OTW Portfolio Light plugin

Hi,
I’ve installed the OTW Portfolio Light plugin under WordPress 4.3.1 and ther is no graphic and no header. It doesn’t metter if I use [otw_portfolio] or [otw_portfolio otw_filterable]. It looks like a website in the early 90’s.
What have I done wrong?
