Hey, great plugin! We installed it and tried to embed a graph via Elementor into an existing page.

When we do this, we only got a copyright “Chart by Visualizer”, but there is no graph visible.

We got some jQuery errors regarding a resize-function?

    Uncaught TypeError: i is undefined
    jQuery 9
    visualizerRefreshChart :2539
    visualizerLoadScripts :2532
    setTimeout handlervisualizerLoadScripts/:2531 jQuery 9 visualizerLoadScripts :2527 visualizerLoadScripts :2526 visualizerTriggerScriptLoader :2519 EventListener.handleEvent :2515
    :2514
    jquery_resize.min.js:11:208
    resizeRAF jQuery
    forEach self-hosted:203
    jQuery 8
    visualizerRefreshChart :2539
    visualizerLoadScripts :2532
    (Async: setTimeout handler)
    visualizerLoadScripts :2531
    jQuery 9
    visualizerLoadScripts :2527
    forEach self-hosted:203
    visualizerLoadScripts :2526
    visualizerTriggerScriptLoader :2519
    (Async: EventListener.handleEvent)
    :2515
    forEach self-hosted:203
    :2514

When we integrate it into a “naked” page on the same wordpress, it works fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wp_user1,

    Thank you for using Visualizer!

Are you adding it as a shortcode? Can you share the shortcode that you’re using? I’m gonna try adding it on my end on a test instance.

    Thanks!

Hey, the shortcode looks like that:

    [visualizer id=”24597″ lazy=”no” class=””]

    and we tried that:

    [visualizer id=”24597″]

We first thought it is a problem regarding the width, but it is not shown on 100% width. You can check this on the submitted URL.

Also tried [visualizer id=”24647″ lazy=”no” class=””] but no change.

    Hi @wp_user1,

    Thank you for the confirmation.
We just checked using such default shortcodes like yours with Elementor and they are loading fine so there isn’t compatibility issue that we could identify.

We noticed that you currently have a PIE chart on the page that you shared but it’s not built with Visualizer, do you still have an example page with Visualizer installed that you can share?

Also, based on the error initially shared it could be that you’re using some caching plugin that delays loading of jQuery of WordPress, do you have one? Or a plugin that optimizes/merges JavaScript files and it could be a reason for similar errors.

Please try to disable such a plugin to test if it helps. Thanks!
