No “Google Sheets” tab displayed in CF7 form editing page

    The Google Sheets tab that should be displayed in the form editing page doesn’t display. I can’t configure the connector with the sheet and the sheet tab.
    How can I fix this ?

    I use
    Wordpress 6.1.1
    CF7 5.6.4
    CF7 Google Sheet connector 5.0.0

  • Hi, I have the same issue with my installation. The tabs disappeared and I noticed that not all form entries appeared in the Google Sheets. Out of 5 entries, 1 is missing, on average (I confirm these by the CF database). Any updates from the developers?

    PHP Version 7.4.33
    MySQL Version 5.7.40
    Wordpress 6.1.1
    Contact Form 7 5.6.4
    CF7 Google Sheet Connector 5.0.0

    Thanks for getting in touch,
    Are you using any other CF7 Addons? If yes can you try to deactivate the other addons one by one check, if there is an conflict with the addon you are using
    please check and confirm!

    Can you also confirm if using any other addons and also try with deactivating one by one, also please attach the screenshot to have a look and suggest you further

    Hi,

    I disabled the CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension plugin and the tab appeared, so I guess there is a conflict between these two plugins. I don’t know if this is also the reason for missing random entries in the spreadsheet. Please advise how to solve this issue(s).
