No google map no address is dispayed on the detail event page

    Hello support,

    I installed the events calendar plugin and now have issue with no showing the google map or the full address on the list as well as the detail event screen.
    Google map is activated on the setup screen.
    Also I have added my custom google map API key.

    When I go to the venue – and tick display map and update the page – the checkbox is not selected. So I am not able to save the page with ticked display map.

  • The latest update to TEC has issues with the Divi Theme. There are several posts about this bug. I, for ex., cannot get Google map or venue address to display. A fix was promised by mid-October. In the meantime we were told to roll back to 6.0.1 (or something like that) but I accidentally rolled back to 5. Search this forum for precise instructions.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    As already mentioned by @gentian16, we have to identify this conflict with Divi as a bug and added your case to the report [TEC-4505].

    You may roll back our plugin to its last working version for now, to enable Google Maps on your events. Here’s a guide you can follow.

    We may not be able to provide an ETA for you, but hopefully, we could get this bug sorted out in our next release sometime this month.

    As always, we suggest?testing updates on a staging site?first, and having a recent backup, but it should all be smooth sailing. If you implemented any workarounds, you may remove them after updating.
