  • Hi @alagahd,

    Thanks for contacting FooPlugins.

That’s unusual. It’s very difficult to say what the issue is without seeing the admin side of your website.

Would you please go to FooGallery -> Galleries, edit each gallery and make sure the correct gallery template is selected? Then save again.

Next go to FooGallery -> Settings and clear both the HTML and CSS cache buttons.

Let me know if you are still having issues after that.

I notice that when clicking on images in your gallery each opens up at full screen. Can I suggest you install the FooBox Image Lightbox free plugin and activate it? Then when visitors click on each image in the gallery it will open up in an auto re-sizing lightbox without taking your visitors away from the site.

I also notice your images are very, very large and would recommend a plugin that automatically resizes large images to the maximum width needed for displaying on your website. This will significantly speed up the load times of your gallery pages.

Imsanity is a great plugin for this.

Let me know how you get on.

We haven’t heard back from you regarding this so will assume you’ve resolved the issue and I’ll close this support request.

Please open a new support request if we can help with anything else.

    Thank you!
