• I sent messages through your plugin’s support page and just got emails saying there would be a reply.

The galleries only work on some pages and not others. Why? This is really bad because I got a message from a customer saying there weren’t any images.

I disabled this plugin from all the sites I installed it on except for one as I would really like a working gallery. Can you fix this plugin so it works normally or is this incompatible with the latest version of WordPress? I have the latest version of WordPress installed.

    The plugin works on: https://agreatdream.com/international-events-parties/
    But not: https://agreatdream.com/international-events-parties-en/

Why is the gallery only working on some pages and choosing not to display on others?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • First a lot of thanks to Damian for the really nice plugin.

    Error effect:
-The space for the gallery is available but it’s blank, not any picture is visible

    How to reproduce:
-on Android tablet using Chrome: the gallery is present, click on a picture to open the lightbox, make the lightbox full screen, close the lightbox >> gallery is now empty
-on Firefox Windows: the gallery is present, resize the browser (make it small) > somtimes the gallery is empty, sometimes not (it flickers a bit)
-on Firefox Android phone: galley space is present but no pictures are shown

    Used browsers:
    Any current Firefox/Chrome

    Analysis:
-using a debug tool showed that some pictures are present but somewhere outside the gallery space
-it seems that there is dependency on the used theme
-checked theme Twenty Seventeen: works fine, no error
-checked theme SnowBird >=V1.2: error occurs
-checked theme SnowBird 1.1: works fine

    Fix guessed by me:
maybe some themes force a refresh call towards the plugin?
or some themes absorb refresh calls?

    Hello,
    Thanks for the reporting.

I suspect bugs in srcset or sizes attributes, which can be changed by themes or plugins.

I’m working on better understanding and fixing this bug.

    Best
