no gallery and posts

You are using the themes included in plugin, I think. You can edit the html/php of each theme to include/exclude gallery, post info, or what else.

yes i am using a template, however, it is pretty simple – see link below.
there should not be any gallery/post info

It seems that the gallery and the post list are inside newsletter content. Please double check in newsletter edit screen that there is no unwanted placeholder in newsletter main content, or maybe there is a custom script that affects the content.
