Hi, I am using CAOS on my sub-folder domain. I have activated this plugin but it seems it’s not working.

    I have 2 issues here,
    1) When I enable “Position of tracking-code” to “footer”, the images on my site stops loading. (I am using LazyLoad from LiteSpeed Cache and WebP Converter for Media Plugin)
    2) No GA file is inserted on any of my pages. I did some digging and checked via FTP, in /uploads/caos/, there I can find my analytics.js file but it is not loading on my page.

    Please help me with this.

    I am using
    a) Theme: ColorMag
    b) Cache Plugin: LiteSpeed Cache

I tried purging my cache, updated the analytics.js file via CAOS, deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but still, it’s not working.

    Hi, an update.

I don’t know how but, I did a fresh install of the plugin, and now it seems to be working. Also, the footer issue is resolved too.

Same issue. If I check the Add manually option there is nothing to copy and paste. Seems like it’s not adding the code to the page, but for some reasons the page is tracked in the wp-admin. I get this on Google Analytics /wp-admin/options-general…l&tab=caos-basic-settings

Great you managed to get it resolved @qph9697. Guys, I’m marking this as resolved, since you also created other tickets. If not, please do and specify the URL you need help with.

Hi @outcats85, when selecting option manually, click on save changes, the white box, will then populate with the desired code.
