    Hi

The back end works but I can’t get any function at all from the front end.

For example the upload button can be selected but nothing happens. The folders can be selected but none will display the files. The folders listed along the top can be selected but again nothing happens.

Also I have tried, via the dashboard, to reset to default. This displays the dialog with the Restore to Default button which is pressed and displays “Are you sure you want continue. All you files, posts and directories will be delete”. I click on OK but nothing happens.

    Any ideas?

looks like a bootstrap issue, have you disabled bootstrap on the frontend if so please enable it again, or you can updates your themes bootstrap 3.3.7

Thanks for the reply. I have tried all configurations but nothing seems to help.

I have no idea how to update my theme’s bootstrap.

The front end did work when I first installed it and tested it but doesn’t now. So what I’d like to try is to delete the plugin and start again.

However, as mentioned in my previous post the “reset to default” option doesn’t work and if I deactivate and delete the plugin – which I assume would clear all the Memphis Docs files and configurations from my installation – and then reinstall it, all the folder names, files and configuration settings reappear. I have tried this a few times but I can’t find a way of starting over. It’s very frustrating.

Do you have any further ideas?

    Bump.
I really need to completely delete the plugin and start again. But I can’t nor can I reset to default.

    Any ideas please? Thanks.

deleting the plugin will not help the issue. Please disable all plugins and try using a different theme to see if the problem still remains.
