    So did you post a support request?

    Since you claim on your site to have been interested in PCs and the internet since childhood, I’d have thought you would know that asking for assistance is likely to be much more productive than rushing to judgement.

    After all, going by the other reviews, it’s not as if your result is typical.

    You use a STATIC ADSL/CABLE IP to host your site at home apparently, and you post such a review/comment ?

    Use a hosting company. Not a ZenCache issue.
