    Hi there,
    the fee version of the plugin does not send any email automatically, they need to be sent manually from the backend, as explained in the following post of the official documentation.

    There is no option manual either. Inside the product there is no local button to enable sending the email manually to the customer

    Hi there,
    that’s strange, we can’t replicate the issue by our side, we see the metabox correctly.
    Did you check inside a product for which at least one customer has subscribed the waiting list?
    In case of no users, no metabox is showed.
    Let us know.
